You can install Kotae directly on your mobile device to access your workspace anytime. Once installed, you’ll be able to receive notifications for escalations, review chat history, upload documents, and check conversation analytics — all from your phone.

iOS Devices

1. Log into your Kotae Dashboard from your mobile device’s browser
2. Tap the “Share” button on your mobile browser
3. Tap “Add to Home Screen”
4. Tap “Add” in the top-right corner
5. Find the “Kotae” app on your home screen!

Android Devices

1. Log into your Kotae Dashboard from your mobile device’s browser
2. Navigate to User Preferences
3. Navigate to the “PWA” Tab
4. Tap “Install PWA”
5. Confirm the download.
6. Find the “Kotae” app on your home screen!
