Refund Policy

1-Month Free Trial

We offer a 1-month free trial to all new users, providing full access to our SaaS product. No charges will be applied during the trial period, and you can cancel anytime before the trial ends without any cost.

    Monthly Subscription Billing

    After the free trial, if you continue with our service, you will be automatically enrolled in our monthly billing plan. The following refund terms apply:

    1. Cancellation Before Billing: If you cancel your subscription before the end of the free trial, no charges will be applied.
    2. Refund After Payment: As stated in Article 5 of our Terms of Service, once a monthly subscription fee has been charged, we do offer refunds in cases of cancellations, changes, suspensions, or terminations.
    3. Exceptional Circumstances: Refunds may be considered in the event of technical issues that prevent you from accessing the service for an extended period or if service-level agreements (as described in Article 16 of our Terms of Service) are not met.

    How to Request a Refund

    Refund requests can be submitted to our support team at support@kotae.ai. Please include your account details and the reason for your refund request. We will review and respond to all requests within 7 business days.
